I had such a great experience with Ashley! From the moment I sat down, she really listened to what I wanted and was completely transparent about the time and cost, which I appreciated so much. She was also unbelievably gentle with my fine hair — I don’t think anyone has ever handled it with that much care. I’m usually anxious going into hair appointments because they are always so rough, rushing to get as many clients in as they can. My extensions turned out perfect. They’re totally seamless, super lightweight, and gave me the thickness and length I’ve been hoping for, especially after my last salon completely butchered my hair. I finally feel good about my hair again! Overall, the whole experience was amazing, and I’ll definitely be back. Ashley is truly the best!

First time getting hair done by Brooke the experience was perfect! She gave me beverages of choice and eye glass protectors so the dye wouldn’t get on them. Most of all my hair color and cut was absolutely spot on! Recommend her for sure💕

First time at Bianchi’s and I’m very, very pleased with my hair coloring. I never had a male hair stylist before, but Charles was phenomenal. Was up front about the cost and delicately/tactfully/respectfully pointed out where there were some mistakes made (that I noticed as well) from my previous hair stylist and corrected them. Wasn’t pushy on trying to sell me products or services; even though I did indeed needed a hair cut. I wanted to be bright blonde but not icy/white and not warm! He colored perfectly and toned at the bowl to get my color exactly where I wanted it to, despite my hair trying to pull it warm. Love it
